As founder and principal operator, I lead RCKD’s acquisition, renovation, and operation of income-producing residential assets across multiple strategies, including Section 8 housing, corporate housing, and short-term rentals.

In parallel to RCKD, I serve as a Managing Member of Capital City Development Group (CCDG), a partner-led development platform focused on attainable infill housing, targeted residential rehabilitation, and city-aligned revitalization through public-private partnerships. After more than 25 years as a senior U.S. Army officer, I apply the same principles of mission clarity, accountability, and execution to RCKD’s operations and platform leadership.
